To combine your subscriptions into one shipment, simply make sure your items share the same shipping address, payment method, and renewal date. Any items renewing on the same day with the same shipping address and payment information will automatically be processed and shipped together!
If you see multiple "Upcoming Orders" listed with the same renewal date, this means you may have more than one shipping address or forms of payment on file. To streamline your delivery and consolidate your products into one order, you'll need to make one (or two) updates:
- Log in to your account
- Update your shipping address: Click "Change Shipping," enter your address, and check the "Use for All Shipments" box
- Update payment method: Click the "Send Email" button at the bottom of your subscription portal and follow the directions sent in a separate email to streamline your payment.
