• How can I add products to my subscription?

If you have an ongoing subscription, you may add items to your upcoming subscription order. Please note: items cannot be added to prepaid subscription orders.

1. Log in and click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected
2. Under your next upcoming order, locate NEED ANYTHING ELSE? and click on SHOP NOW
3. Select the product you’d like to add
4. Click on ADD TO NEXT ORDER
5. Select whether you’d like to add the item as a one-time purchase at full price or subscribe for a discounted price (Note: not all add-on products are eligible for subscribe & save)
6. Finish by clicking ADD TO ORDER

PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to a subscription, including adding a product, must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We cannot edit or cancel subscription orders once they have been processed.
