If you need to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, send us a cancelation request to help@lacolombe.com with the subject line Cancel Order (provide the order number), and we will cancel and refund the order if it has not been shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot edit or cancel a subscription order once it has been shipped.
To ensure you aren't charged for orders you aren't ready for, automated reminder emails are sent before your renewal date to give you time to make changes to your subscription if needed.
PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to a subscription, including skipping or canceling, must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We cannot edit or cancel subscription orders once they have been processed.
