You can cancel your subscription anytime, although you will lose your product discount and free shipping when you do.
To cancel your subscription, you'll first want to log in and click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. Find the product you'd like to cancel, click 'Cancel Subscription,' choose a cancellation reason, and confirm. You'll get a cancellation email confirming your cancellation. If you don't get a confirmation email, it's possible your cancellation didn't process, so please contact us if that's the case!
If you are subscribed to more than one item, you must cancel each item individually.

PLEASE NOTE: You must cancel a subscription at least 24 hours before its renewal date to allow the cancellation to process.
