Please provide your order number along with a photo of the incorrect product you received, including the packing slip. Once we have that information, we’ll be able to issue a refund for any items that were sent in error.
We currently offer refunds rather than reshipments as part of our efforts to reduce our environmental impact and support more sustainable shipping practices.
