Your first step should be to contact the store or company’s customer service department to share the feedback and ask for a refund or replacement. If they do not help you, you can contact our Client Service team at help@lacolombe.com. We will do our best to help out and resolve the issue!
If you purchased from a grocery store or Costco, please return your coffee to the store it was originally purchased from. A receipt may be needed, and the store should provide an exchange or refund for you.
If you purchased from Amazon, please contact Amazon directly. La Colombe does not have access to Amazon's ordering or payment systems.
