If you have any issues with or simply do not like the coffee we sent you, no worries at all. From the day you receive your coffee at home, you have two (2) weeks to let us know and initiate a return. If you didn’t enjoy it, send back the undesired product in its original packaging and we’ll ship you another coffee of your choice (same value or less).
Please print and complete the form below and include it with the items you are returning.
(We do not provide prepaid return labels, unless the product is being returned due to a La Colombe error.)

We do not accept returns for any of our canned products.
If you feel that you have identified a quality issue with one of our canned products, please contact our Client Service Team. Be prepared to provide the following information: Product Type (including flavor), Best-By Date, Lot Number (on the bottom of the can), and the location of purchase (including orders on our website).
Unused merchandise and unopened brewing equipment can be returned within two weeks of purchase for a full refund or exchange. For opened items that have an issue, please contact the manufacturer to confirm the warranty of the product and to request a refund or replacement.
When returning any items, please print and fill out the Return Form and include it with the items.
