• What shipping and discount benefits come with being a subscriber?

As a subscriber to the La Colombe Subscription Program, you unlock the following benefits:

• Subscription shipments under $35 will incur a shipping fee of $5.
• Any subscription shipment above $35 will continue to ship for free.
• All subscription orders under $75 will benefit from a 10% discount.
• All subscription orders above $75 will benefit from a 15% discount.

Note: the above will apply to all new and existing recurring subscriptions. Existing prepaid subscriptions will not be impacted.

You can update your shipments a few different ways to make our program work best for you! Here are some ways to do that:

• Combine all your subscription order dates: If you have more than one subscription renewing on different dates, you can combine them to increase the value of your subscription shipments. All you need to do is log into your account, click “manage subscriptions”, and update your order dates to be the same.
• Update your quantities and frequencies to consolidate your subscription shipments: If you are getting the same product multiple times a month, you can easily increase the value of your subscription shipments by reducing how often your shipments go out. For example, instead of getting one 12 oz box a week, you could update your subscription to four 12 oz boxes every four weeks. All you need to do is log into your account, click “manage subscriptions”, and update your quantity and frequency.
• Add new or seasonal products to your subscription shipments: Did you know you can add any of our products into your next subscription box without subscribing to them? For example, if you want to try a seasonal like Peppermint Mocha Draft Lattes, all you need to do is log into your account then shop around www.LaColombe.com. If you’re logged in, you will see a button above the “Add to Cart” button that says “Add to my subscription”. These additions will be included in your shipment total and can help you unlock free shipping and/or higher discounts!

*FYI - any prepaid subscription orders over $35 will not be charged the $5 for the remaining prepaid shipments
