• Which coffees do you serve in your retail cafes for drip coffee and espresso?

For our drip coffees, we offer our Corsica blend and a rotating light to medium roast "Workshop" coffee. Our espresso-based beverages are made with our Nizza beans by default, and we also have a rotating Workshop espresso option. For decaf espresso, we use our Decaf Monte Carlo beans.

Our on-tap beverages include a single-origin Brazilian cold brew, a dairy-free Oatmilk Draft Latte, a whole-milk Draft Latte, and a seasonal option when available.
