At this time, we only communicate with our retail customers through email. This allows us to provide efficient and effective support by keeping all communication in writing, which ensures that we have a clear record of all interactions and can refer back to them as necessary. We understand that speaking over the phone can sometimes be more convenient, but we have found that email communication allows us to provide a more thorough and accurate response. It also allows us to prioritize all responses and ensure that we address all our customer's concerns in a timely manner.
