- Log in and click MY SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected
- Under UPCOMING ORDERS, click on CHANGE ORDER DATE
- Select the new date you’d like your order to process
- Click on CONFIRM DATE
PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to a subscription, including skipping or canceling, must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We are unable to edit or cancel subscription orders once they have been processed.
