Unfortunately, we're unable to edit or cancel a subscription order once it has been renewed and processed. If you had an order processed that you weren’t ready for, please reach out to us - we can help out with any changes you would like to make to your subscription.
To make sure you aren't charged for orders you aren't ready for, we’ll always send an email 3 days and 1 day before your renewal date to give you plenty of time to make changes to your subscription if needed.
PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to a subscription, including skipping or canceling, must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We are unable to edit or cancel subscription orders once they have been processed.
