If you’ve shopped with us before but haven’t created an account yet, simply use the same email when creating your account to see your previous orders and existing subscriptions (if any!).
When setting up a subscription, we do not require customers to create a La Colombe account. If you have clicked on "forgot password" and received a response that no account is associated with your email address, you simply need to activate your account. If you click “Register here” below the log-in field, you can enter the information associated with your subscription. Once activated, your account will automatically sync with all your past purchases and subscriptions. In addition, you can always contact our Client Service team (help@lacolombe.com) to request an account activation link!
