Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for our canned products. If your order was damaged in transit, or if you've received the wrong order, please reach out to our Client Service team by emailing help@lacolombe.com.
If you have encountered a quality issue with your product, please take a photo and/or take note of the numbers on the bottom of the can. It may assist us in determining the root cause of the issue and prevent future issues from occurring.
