If you don’t like the coffee we’ve sent you, no worries at all. From the day you receive your coffee at home, you have two weeks to let us know if you like it or not. If you don’t enjoy it, you can send back the product in its original packaging, and we’ll ship you another coffee of your choice!
If you need help or have questions about returning a product, you can reach out to our Client Service team at help@lacolombe.com. If you are not interested in returning the coffee in exchange for another box, you can also request a refund (minus the shipping cost).
