For the health and safety of our customers and team members, we are working with the consulting firm Corporate Medical Advisors to ensure our operational practices are best-in-class. Team members in our roasteries will have their temperatures taken at the start of every shift and will be fitted for gloves, protective facial coverings, and eyewear. Disinfecting will take place at regular intervals and in-between shifts.
To limit the amount of time that customers and employees spend in our cafes, we will be serving a modified “to-go” menu only, and orders will be taken at the door before reaching the payment terminal. Unfortunately, we are not offering restroom access, table seating, self-service condiments, or use of our water stations at this time.
To maintain social distancing, we've added floor decals that indicate where customers can ensure they are six feet away from others, along with partitions on the counters and bars. Additionally, to limit physical touchpoints, we are only accepting cashless payment and no longer requiring signatures for credit card payments.
