If you received a delivery notification or checked the tracking information to see that your package was marked "delivered," we ask that you check with your neighbors, building, and physical surroundings to ensure the order wasn’t left somewhere or picked up by someone else (this happens frequently!).
If your order was sent via UPS SurePost, please check the USPS tracking number located within the UPS tracking information to make sure the delivery notification you saw was not UPS transferring the package to your local post office. On rare occasions, packages may be scanned by the carrier a day or two before they are actually delivered.
If you cannot locate the order, please email our Client Service team at help@lacolombe.com, and we'll explore options for sending you a new order. If we determine that your order was in fact stolen or lost, we may replace it at no charge with the "signature required" option for delivery.
