The choice of grind will depend on how you brew your coffee. Usually, we recommend ordering your coffee whole bean and grinding it fresh before you brew. If you do not have a high-quality grinder, let us grind it for you!
We offer the following grind options tailored to your coffee maker of choice:
- Espresso: Our finest grind, which will work very well on most espresso machines. If you are looking for whole bean coffee, please select "whole bean" from the grind selection drop-down menu.
- Drip: A medium grind for both regular and automatic drip coffee machines.
- Pourover: A slightly coarser medium grind, formulated for most filtered/manual pour-over methods such as Chemex, V60, and Melitta.
- French Press: Our coarsest grind. Perfect for unfiltered immersion methods or making your own cold brew.

Turkish Grind (no longer available)
Since Turkish grinds are extremely fine, it is difficult to have a standard ground option that works for all Turkish brewing. For this reason, we feel that it is best to recommend grinding your own coffee in order to best match your Turkish brewing needs. The finest grind we offer is Espresso – which we recommend for Espresso and Stovetop brewing – but it may still be too coarse for your Turkish brewing.
