• Why do some coffees have a best-by date, while others have a roasted-on date?

Our single-origin coffees are roasted to order, and these coffees will display a "roasted on" date. For all blended coffees, you can determine the roasted-on date from a best-by date by going back 180 days from the best-by date (the stamped date is exactly 180 days after the date it is roasted).
