When setting up a subscription, we do not require customers to create a La Colombe account. If you have asked for a password reset and have gotten the response that there is no account associated with your email address, we simply need to activate your account. If you click “Register here” below the log-in field, you can enter the information associated with your subscription. Once your account is activated, your account will automatically sync with all of your past purchases and subscriptions.
