• How do I cancel a prepaid subscription?

You may cancel a prepaid subscription renewal by logging into your account and clicking Manage Subscriptions. You can find the 'Automatically renew prepaid subscription' box under 'Upcoming Orders' and uncheck the box to turn off automatic renewal.

If your prepaid subscription has been renewed and you'd like to cancel any remaining shipments, please contact our Client Service team at [e-mail]. If you are reaching out from a different email address from the one that you entered when ordering the subscription, please provide the original prepaid subscription order number or the email address associated with the account.
