• How does a prepaid subscription work?

Starting a Prepaid Subscription:

We offer prepaid subscriptions exclusively in 3, 6, and 12-month terms with a frequency of every four weeks. As soon as you pay for a prepaid subscription, the first shipment is confirmed and is prepared for shipment. Unless you uncheck the "Automatically renew prepaid plan" option, your prepaid subscription will automatically renewed. 

Under Upcoming Orders, you will have the option to change the order date, send a shipment now, or skip an order. You can also change the product to one of equal or lesser value. If you need to cancel any remaining shipments, please contact us at [e-mail].
